Artist Dorothy Tanner has designed a Mood-scape consisting of sculptures in which the lighting emanates from the art pieces — utilizing color and light to induce a quiet meditative state; to de-stress and soothe.

Dorothy's goal is to make this healing art form more accessible and affordable — to that end, she is releasing limited editions, signed and numbered, from a collection of exciting original lighted sculptures. Each is hand-crafted - no two are identical. The lighting sources for the art are energy efficient LED and fluorescent bulbs. Choose a combination of the sculptures to meet your space needs.

The inspiration for the Moodscape Meditation Room began over 30 years ago when the Tanners created a new art form — The Lumonics Light and Sound Theatre — a sensory experience consisting of their light sculptures, fountains, live projection, video art, lasers, electronics, aroma, and music — electronically controlled performance art that extended the euphoric effect of the environment. The Miami Herald described it as "one of the most beautiful experiences in the world of art."

The Moodscape Meditation Room is a micro rendition of the Lumonics Theatre. We urge you to incorporate music, abstract imagery, and aroma to achieve the maximum benefits.

It is possible to install electronic controls that enable you to change the rhythm and the color of the light sculptures — to increase the meditative aspects of the room, or convert it into a place to socialize, and enjoy a more interactive experience with friends.
